The construction of new buildings has been growing over the last three years and Manuland is carrying out some housing projects in various parts of the country, namely Torres Vedras (Condomínio do Campo Real), Carvalhal – Grândola, Lisbon, etc. We have teams dedicated to this type of work, without interfering with the rest of the company’s activities.
As part of the rehabilitation of common spaces, Manuland carries out many renovation works on facades, roofs and common spaces, mainly for condominiums or owners. He has great know-how in managing works of this type that always involve several interlocutors (condominium administration, condominium owners, inspection, designers, etc.), having carried out work in some of the emblematic buildings in Lisbon. The remodeling of interior spaces involves interventions in apartments or houses for own housing or for third parties, apartments for local accommodation, or remodeling of entire buildings with a view to exploitation by developers.
